KCM is a pioneer in Plastic injection Molding field catering to almost all automotive industry of the country indirectly. We process all kinds of plastic raw materials like : PP,PP TF 10%, 20%, 30%, PP GF 10%, 20%, 30%, ABS, NYLON-6,NYLON-66(ZYTEL), PBT, PC, PMMA, POM , ASA and so on.
Screen Printing
KCM with support of customer started SCREEN PRINTING assembly with advance clean room moulding facility for HONDA MOTORCYCLES & SCOOTER INDIA PVT. LTD. We have a capacity of printing over 21,60,000 no's glass annually.
Hardchrome Electroplating
We also provide Hardchrome electroplating solution to our customers. And KCM has a setup of a fully automation line of Hardchrome electroplating in its 2nd unit.
